Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales of real estate.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, other languages are an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully finalize transactions.
