Position : Logistics & Payable Officer- Dubai
Location : Dubai
Experience : More than 2 years in Import/Export company or been a part of large logistics team in a well known company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare Shipping Invoice & Packing List for Export Shipments (“Export Documentation”)
- Verify of Bill of Lading and Suppliers’ Documentation
- Negotiate with Freight Forwarders and shipping lines directly for favorable Freights
- Timely reconciliation with Statement of Account of Suppliers and submit report toSenior Management
- Compliance with laws and regulations across various countries applicable to Shippingand Logistics
