Head of Revenue Growth Management

Head of Revenue Growth Management will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability for our FMCG products. This role involves analyzing market trends, pack & brand mix, pricing strategies, and sales data to drive decision-making processes and achieve financial goals. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply chain to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Pack & Brand Mix Maximization


Pricing Optimization:

  • Establish pricing strategies that align with the company’s financial goals and market positioning.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing models based on product performance, market conditions, and cost changes.


Promotional & Trade Margin Management:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to design and evaluate promotional campaigns.
  • Assess the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to optimize return on investment.
  • Trade Margins analysis & efficiency.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments to ensure alignment and integration of revenue management strategies.
  • Support the Sales team with pricing and promotional guidelines and strategies.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management practices and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or a related field within the FMCG industry, preferably in beverage category.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in revenue management tools & models, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and delivering through others.
