HR Assistant to join our dynamic team, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork in accordance with ADEK requirements.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ADEK standards.
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring adherence to ADEK guidelines.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.
- Provide general HR support to staff members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while adhering to ADEK standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role within an educational institution in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of ADEK regulations and guidelines pertaining to HR functions.
- Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations and address HR-related issues within the context of ADEK requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
