Synopsis:
The training Officer Reports directly to the Manager Safety Training & Promotion and is responsible for assisting with the coordination and preparation of Safety promotion events including, but not limited to, seminars, workshops, forums and conferences
Accountabilities:
- Assisting in projects initiated by the Safety Promotion section
- Conducting classes and briefings for Safety Promotion department
- Administrating all records for safety training courses
- Researching and assisting with drafting of articles for safety publications
- Researching best practices that improve safety promotions and safety culture
- Developing training materials for use in classroom and online training events
- Developing training materials for use in classroom and online training events
- Developing close relationships with operational line managers that drive the development of Safety Culture
- Additional duties and responsibilities, as reasonable expected, may be assigned as required
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Safety Management
- Completed train the trainer course
- Minimum of 5 years working experience or graduated the Etihad Graduate Managers Program
- Fluent in written and Spoken English Language
- Advanced level competence in Microsoft Office Products
- Advanced Knowledge in learning technologies
