Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries.
  • Handle communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Assist with inventory management and purchasing activities.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
