Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries.
- Handle communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist with inventory management and purchasing activities.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
