Job Summary: We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth workflow, including managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
