What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and assess delinquent accounts; analyze financial data for trends.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and provide payment options and counseling.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage with customers to gather market insights and provide business feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to repayment plans and bank norms.
  • Uphold the Staff Code of Conduct to maintain a positive bank image.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service levels.
  • Support team members and proactively address customer inquiries.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience and ensuring precise communication about payment options and account status.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in collections in the non-banking sector.
  • Skilled in utilizing collections software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations in debt collection.
