Administrator Assistant

We are hiring for our client - Perfect Line LLC.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with the coordination of office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely responses and support.
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and other financial tasks as required.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
