Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Kashkha in Dubai, UAE. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and driving sales through exceptional service.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Emirati culture and values.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English language,
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team


Customer Care Executive Responsible

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
  • VIP Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Engage with long-time customers, reactivate inactive customers, and address abandoned cart issues.
  • Multi-Platform Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and messages across various channels (email, social media, etc.).
  • E-commerce Support: Handle e-commerce-related queries, and process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.

Language and Content:

  • Translation: Translate website content, brochures, social media posts, and other materials between English and Arabic.
  • Customer Feedback Reports: Prepare comprehensive reports based on customer feedback, analyzing trends and insights.
  • Customer Interaction: Visit stores to engage with customers directly, understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to Arabic content creation for various platforms, including website, brochures, social media, and marketing materials.
