Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and post shipper’s Advanced shipment notifications from factory.

  • Work closely with freight agents for purchase shipments clearance, deliveries and documents submission and coordinate with warehouse for delivery schedule.

  • Monitor supplier shipments deviations by reporting Excess / Missing / Non-conforming products and arrange for replacement / return as necessary.

  • Work closely with finance team for timely supplier invoice posting and intercompany financial reconciliation.

  • Responsible for clearing purchase invoice and ensuring payments are made on time etc.
