Job Title: Shipping/Logistics Coordinator
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Duration: Long Term
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and post shipper’s Advanced shipment notifications from factory.
- Work closely with freight agents for purchase shipments clearance, deliveries and documents submission and coordinate with warehouse for delivery schedule.
- Monitor supplier shipments deviations by reporting Excess / Missing / Non-conforming products and arrange for replacement / return as necessary.
- Work closely with finance team for timely supplier invoice posting and intercompany financial reconciliation.
- Responsible for clearing purchase invoice and ensuring payments are made on time etc.
