We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As our Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing inquiries from customers (rostering & reporting), customer relationship management (CRM) and database maintenance. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (expert) formulas (vlookup, pivot etc) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. Inquiries such as creating students & teachers accounts in the system, update rosters, troubleshooting, creating customized reports for them
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date school information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Creative abilities with tools like Canva will be a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently from home
