Position: Front Office Receptionist/ Secretary
Job location: DIFC, Dubai
Job Summary:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages as needed, ensuring prompt communication within the office.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain office records and databases, ensuring accurate and organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help address any administrative needs.
- Prior experience as Secretary / Admin Executive / Executive Assistant / Front Office Receptionist is preferred.
