Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Vendor Registration Specialist to handle the registration of the company as a supplier on various government portals. The ideal candidate will have experience with the intricacies of government procurement systems and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for successful vendor registration and qualification. He should be detail-oriented and proactive in Supplier Prequalification and Vendor Registration Specialist to manage the qualification, evaluation, and registration of new and existing suppliers and vendors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Registration on Government Portals:
  • Manage the complete vendor registration process on multiple government procurement portals (e.g., [specific government portals like SAP <ADNOC , DEWA , etc ..
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, certifications, and licenses are submitted according to government guidelines and requirements.
  • Monitor government registration portals for updates or changes in vendor registration procedures.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Gather, organize, and maintain all required documentation for vendor registration, such as tax compliance certificates, financial reports, legal licenses, and business credentials.
  • Ensure all company certifications (e.g., minority-owned, small business, ISO, etc.) are current and appropriately listed on government registration sites.
  • Track and ensure compliance with specific government requirements and deadlines, such as annual renewals, audit reports, and other compliance mandates.
  • Government Bid Participation:
  • Monitor government portals for new tender opportunities, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Work closely with the procurement and bidding teams to ensure all documentation required for government bids is up to date.
  • Assist in responding to prequalification documents and vendor registration inquiries from government agencies.
  • Communication and Follow-up:
  • Liaise with government officials and procurement administrators to follow up on registration statuses and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide regular status updates to management on registration progress and potential risks or issues.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of all government vendor registrations, including registration statuses, renewal dates, and account credentials.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders regarding the status of vendor registrations and opportunities in government procurement.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Keep updated with government regulations, procurement policies, and registration process changes to ensure compliance.
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline the registration process and enhance government contract opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Min 5- 7 years of experience with vendor registration on government procurement portals.
  • Strong familiarity with government procurement processes, regulations, and requirements.
  • Experience with government registration portals (e.g., SAP ADNOC , DEWA …, eProcurement, eTendering systems).
  • Knowledge of compliance documentation, certifications, and licenses required for government contracting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional extended hours to meet government deadlines.
  • May require occasional travel to government agencies for registration-related matters.
