Personal Assistant

Our client is a top family-run business and a holding firm with a wide range of business ventures including wholesale trading, real estate development and management, and investments. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Head of the Property, Sales and Leasing.

The hired resource will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Property, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and contributing to the department's overall productivity and success. The PA will directly assist the Head of Property in managing day-to-day tasks, schedules, and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Head in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Property Head and other departments within the organization, as well as external stakeholders
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making processes related to property acquisitions, investments, and development projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in developing strategies for property management, marketing, and leasing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support such as managing correspondence, maintaining files, coordinating office supplies procurement,


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in administrative duties.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog languages.
  • Experience in the Real estate industry is desirable
  • Must be very good in MS Office, presentations, and Excel.
