Litigation Assistant Manager

Organization Unit Purpose:

The department oversees vehicle recovery, repossession, and sale for customers who have defaulted on their payments or failed to meet their financial liabilities. This involves coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the repossession is carried out efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily repossession activities and ensure adherence to the set target for vehicle repossessions and sales.

• Allocate cases to team members based on workload and expertise, ensuring timely action on repossession orders.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure repossessed vehicles are quickly processed for sale.

• Track performance against targets, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Review and analyze default cases, gathering all necessary documents and information for initiating repossession actions.

• Prepare comprehensive case reports for management approval before moving to legal actions.

• Handle customer inquiries and repossession disputes, offering timely resolutions that protect the company’s interests.

• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports detailing vehicle repossession activities, performance metrics, and financial recovery status.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the status of the team’s repossession and sale activities to senior management.

• Ensure all repossession actions are carried out in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as internal company policies.

•Regularly audit repossession cases and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy.

• Work closely with legal teams and government entities to ensure repossession documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements.

•Implement and monitor control measures to ensure all cash collections and sales transactions are recorded and handled with integrity and transparency


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Team Management proven experience
  • Fluent in Arabic (in Both Written and Spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Legal and Regulatory
  • Excellent Communication and Coordination Abilities
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
