Job Description:
- Directs all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan and oversees the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Develops a highly-motivated sales team that consistently exceeds customer expectations and is prepared to provide world-class customer service.
- Takes Health, Safety & Environment lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
