Job Overview:


We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office. Strong communication skills in English and a polished, customer-centric attitude are essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Front Office Reception:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, etc.)
  • Corporate Secretary Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules and meetings
  • Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and manage company records, ensuring confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Office Management:
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required


Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or similar role in a corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management procedures


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing front office operations
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
