Customer Relationship Management Manager

Job Summary

A CRM manager’s role is pivotal to managing the user’s activities within our business. A CRM Manager will be responsible for setting up engagement strategies towards users to maximize retention, and user lifetime and drive sales growth.



Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools, analyzing results to optimize future efforts.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage CRM software and tools, ensuring they meet organizational needs and enhance user experience.
  • Analyze customer behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for product development and service improvement.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in CRM Management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM Tools.
  • Previous 3–5 years of experience in the UAE within e-commerce.
  • Previous management of a high volume of users.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in English.
