About the Role: We’re seeking a data-driven Payments Operations Executive o join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data analysis, with experience in PowerBI and SQL being a big plus. You’ll play a key role in identifying patterns, analyzing payment data, and driving improvements to our overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze payment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Fraud Prevention: Identify patterns of fraudulent activity within the platform and develop strategies to mitigate fraud.
- Performance Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance payment efficiency and reduce customer friction, both on acquisition and retention. Develop solutions that improve customer experience within the limitations of each payment method.
- Partner Evaluation & Negotiation: Participate in evaluating and negotiating with new payment partners to ensure the best options for our needs.
- Customer Support Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support team to identify customer pain points and create strategies to improve their experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience in PowerBI and SQL.
- Ability to identify actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Familiarity with the payments industry is a plus.
- Experience in DAX language is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
