What You Will Be Doing

The Data Analytics unit translates data into actionable insights and visualizations. The unit provides data support for key strategic and organizational transformation projects including business insights to business leaders. The unit strives to automate data extracts, reports, and dashboards to the fullest extent possible.

• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data sets and their communication goals.
• Design and develop clear, concise, and visually appealing data visualizations using design principles and best practices.
• Select appropriate chart types and data presentation methods to effectively communicate trends, patterns, and insights.
• Utilize data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Illustrator) to create compelling visuals.
• Maintain consistency with the organization's guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of all visualizations.
• Present and explain complex data insights to a variety of audiences.

What we are looking for

• Min. 2+ years of experience in data visualization or related field
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and concise visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
