Key Responsibilities
- Daily administrative and organizational support to Director and Managers
- Invoicing management
- Legal and administrative requirements, monitoring and communications (Licences, building administration etc.)
- Subcontractors management (Code of Ethics, NDA, contracts)
- Clients database maintenance
- Petty cash expenses management
- Shall perform other tasks and duties related to his position as assigned by his first line manager.
Candidate Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in managing Administrative responsibilities
· Should have managed a team
· Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
Skills
Administrative Expertise: Proficiency in managing daily administrative tasks and organizational support for executives.
Invoicing and Financial Management: Experience with invoicing processes and managing petty cash expenses.
Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of legal requirements related to contracts, licenses, and other administrative obligations.
Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor and maintain accurate records, such as client databases and compliance documents.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities as assigned by management.
