Key Responsibilities:

· Technical Support: Assist the sales team with technical aspects of telecom/industrial test & measurement equipment and Fiber Optic related tools and equipment, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing customer queries.

· Proposal Development: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation, ensuring that all client needs and technical specifications are met.

· Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, offering solutions and support throughout the sales process.

· Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical capabilities.

· Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing, including coordinating with logistics, inventory, and finance teams.

· Market Research: Assist in identifying potential new clients and emerging markets by researching industry trends and competitor products.

· After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting and technical assistance where necessary.

· Reporting: Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and product documentation to support the sales pipeline.

· Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Supply chain, and customer service teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements.

· Training & Development: Stay updated on new products and technologies, and participate in ongoing training to improve technical and sales skills.

 

Skills

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline).

· 3–5 years of experience in sales support within the Telecom/Industrial Test & Measurement Equipment industry.

· Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement equipment used in telecom or industrial applications.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

· Ability to interpret technical data and specifications to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

 

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in RF (Radio Frequency) testing or network analysis equipment.

· Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in telecom or industrial sectors.

· Familiarity with Fiber Optic Cable Splicing equipment and related tools

· AutoCAD, MATLAB, or other engineering software is an added advantage.

· Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
