Human Resources Coordinator

HR Coordination:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
  • Prepare HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination letters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.


PRO Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate visa applications, renewals, and cancellations (residence permits, employment visas, medicals, and Emirates IDs).
  • Handle labor contract processing and renewals with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and legal documentation requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities for legal document attestation, company license renewals, and other official transactions.
