Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving client acquisition and expanding our business in the UAE, particularly focusing on corporate clients needing transformation, turnaround, corporate advisory and sustainability advisory services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, have 1-3 years of experience in a similar business development role, and possess a UAE driving license and car.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients, focusing on mid-sized enterprises, family-owned businesses, and companies requiring turnaround or transformation services in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm’s presence in the market, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and building strong relationships within relevant sectors (e.g., construction, real estate, manufacturing, tourism & hospitality, healthcare, retail).

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Work closely to understand client needs and develop proposals that align with the firm's service offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.

Proposal Development and Presentations:

  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and the firm’s service capabilities.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations, helping to articulate the firm’s value proposition clearly and effectively.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in sectors like infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality & tourism, retail and corporate restructuring.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how to best position the firm in the market to capture new clients.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure a smooth transition from client acquisition to service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on client needs, challenges, and industry trends to help shape the firm’s strategic direction.


Key Qualifications & Skills:


Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or a related role within consulting, professional services, or corporate advisory services.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Driving License: UAE driving license with access to your own car is required, as the role involves regular client visits and meetings across the UAE.

Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Confident in preparing and delivering presentations, writing proposals, and engaging with high-level decision-makers.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and Results-Oriented: Self-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding business development targets.
