Purpose:
- Promote and sell new models.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the services given in the showroom.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Greet the customer and identify his/her requirements.
- Explain the features and performance of the vehicle to the customer.
- Explain GSM’s services at the point of sales such as car registration, insurance, and other after-sales services.
- Suggest optional equipment (accessories) for customers to purchase.
- Achieve the sales target set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager/Head of Used Cars.
- Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and requirements for financing of vehicles.
- Advise customers concerning the current and future availability of new car models.
- Arrange the delivery of the vehicle to the customer in coordination with the New Car Storekeeper.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for car registration and insurance.
Dimensions:
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all time
- Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
Skills
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales, preferably gained in car sales environment
- Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred
