DHL Global Forwarding UAE has an opening for a Regional Reporting – Sales Steering & Training where you will achieve successful sales process and tools implementation in line with business strategy, sales objective and DGF policies and guidelines, be ensuring the implementation of the sales process and tools, also ensure the sales community is able to enhance customer experience, provide support and administrative support for overall sales development of DHL Global Forwarding Marketing & Sales function as well as implement sales training plans and processes to develop the capabilities, performance and potential of sales function in line with overall business and sales strategy, current and future business needs, Group guidelines and policies.  Join us now in connecting people and improving lives.


In this Regional Reporting – Sales Steering & Training position


  • You will be the superuser for Salesforce application.
  • You will conduct superuser trainings within the MEA Region and coach (onboard) country stakeholders.
  • You will support global teams with the rollout, implementation, and training on sales tools such as Global Sales Incentive Scheme, Quoteshop, myDHLi, and Salesforce.
  • You will develop and maintain data models and provide weekly reporting on sales KPI’s.
  • You will perform data analysis, interpretation, and modeling to provide actionable insights by providing visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI and PowerPoint
  • You will utilize advanced Excel features and macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • You will implement sales plans and processes in accordance with group guidelines.
  • You will propose yearly sales budgets based on factors such as current pipeline, churn rates, and hit rates.
  • You will provide market intelligence to the sales management team on key trade lanes, industry sectors, and other market requirements to enhance the economic and profitable selling of our services.
  • You will design and execute regional sales campaigns to achieve yearly gross profit budgets, while continuously monitoring campaign performance.
  • You will deliver sales training programs specific to the sales function and manage training calendars, track participation, and arrange administrative requirements for smooth delivery of training.
  • You will suggest enhancements in training processes, tools, and standards to achieve best-in-class standards.
  • You will build strong professional relationships across all departments within the organization.

  • Knowledge on project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of MS Access / SQL Server / VBA Programming is preferred
