Job Description:
-The Corporate Finance Specialist assists in identifying and setting financial goals for both the long and short-term. The Corporate Finance specialist
may look for market-driven opportunities to reach these goals including debt financing and investment decision evaluations. The candidate will be
exposed to capital management, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, valuations and due diligence. In addition, the candidate may assist with
reorganizing and optimizing a ADNOC Global Trading’s (AGT) finances and financial systems, corporate insurances and reporting
-Monitor market trends and evaluate company financial data and assist business development
-Support Corporate Finance Manager and top management to make economic and investment decisions
-Support Corporate Finance Manager in capital management and other financial strategy activities in order to optimize AGT’s cash flows
-Support analysis of different debt financing options
-Monitor the company’s current investments and expenditures
-Compile, review and verify Corporate Finance related forms and documents
-Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of records
-Support reporting to head of Treasury and CFO
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, like accounting or business
- A master's degree in finance or accounting, or a Master of Business Administration with Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) certificate is a plus
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 3-5 years in Corporate Finance, Investment banking or Corporate Development role
