About the Role - Generate system reports for supporting management for review of current resource utilizations & Planning. Assist in design and testing of new IT solutions to take advantage of emerging technology or changing requirements. Monitor Networks within organizational assignments and maintain service availability at all times. Administration of storage, server infrastructure (Physical & Virtual) & Network infrastructure. Backup & Replication of all Network devices, servers & DB on daily basis. Configure & troubleshoot switches, routers & UTM’s as per Company Local Area Network. Troubleshoot and maintain all kind of LAN and WAN problems. Anti-Spam System Administration. Patch Management. Capacity planning and forecast network growth to meet the business needs. Provide technical expertise and assistance to other groups outside the Network Services. IT Security Administration. Disaster Recovery management. Support BU Heads for BI reports (Qlik, Power BI) as per Management requirements. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems. All Branch VPN connectivity trouble shooting & availability. Development & Administration of Database.

Qualifications

• 2–3-year experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, master's in computer application or equivalent degree
• Certifications like MCSE, CCNA

• In-depth knowledge of Computer Science
• Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
