Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk, answer calls and direct them to the right extensions.
  • Coordinate between the visitor and the employee with the concerned department.
  • Relay messages and information to relevant staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage appointments and responsible the reception/front desk area's cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Handle unexpected situations calmly, efficiently and maintain a professional attitude always.
  • Responsible for the facilities on the ground floor (Auditorium) by doing the inspection regularly.

Qualification:

  • Good computer skills (excel, word, etc..) and possess a professional and friendly attitude.
  • High school Diploma
  • Proficient in English & Arabic languages
  • UAE National is preferred
