We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead our client's operational strategy and execution.

This role is for a bilingual Arabic speaker with a strong international profile and proven experience in managing high-level operations, particularly within the conferences and events industry. Based in Dubai, this position will oversee operational functions to ensure seamless, top-tier event experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and optimize all aspects of event operations, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution across all functions.
• Event & Conference Management: Drive the end-to-end operations for conferences and events, coordinating with various teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
• Quality Assurance & Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize event quality and return on investment.
• International Operations Management: Leverage international experience to integrate best practices and maintain high operational standards across diverse regions.

Requirements:

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience and at least 5 years a senior operations role within the conferences or events industry.
• International Exposure: Strong understanding of international standards and practices in event operations.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a knack for handling high-stakes operations.
