Job Summary: The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the phone by building rapport with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet those needs. This role involves outbound calls to a list of leads, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into satisfied customers. Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or leads to introduce products or services.
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and match them with suitable offerings.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately.
Lead Conversion
Identify and qualify leads, guiding them through the sales process to achieve conversion.
Address questions and objections to close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Use sales techniques to persuade and convert leads into customers.
Follow-Up and Relationship Building
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and past customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects for potential future sales.
Documentation and Reporting
Accurately document customer information, interactions, and sales in CRM software.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, including closed sales and pipeline updates.
Product Knowledge and Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service roles.
