In this position, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining and organizing employee data, while also assisting with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. You will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and executives.
- Organize, maintain, and update personnel records and company documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with employee information, including new hires, terminations, leave records, warnings, vacation days, and other relevant data.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy in employee data.
- Prepare, manage, and store documentation for HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide requested information efficiently.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist recruiters in posting job advertisements on career platforms and processing incoming resumes.
- Answer phone calls and provide necessary information to employees and candidates.
- Create regular reports for senior management on HR metrics and data.
- Help organize and facilitate new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or similar role for at least (4) years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with HR software (HRIS, HRMS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to act as a dependable and supportive team member.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment marketing is a plus.
