We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital files for easy access.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate office activities and manage minor office tasks to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
