MISSION:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team, specializing in recruiting talent for the Construction sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UAE labor laws, a proven track record in talent acquisition, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently. This role will be essential in attracting top talent to meet our company’s workforce needs, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and enhancing our overall recruitment strategies.
TASKS:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding for various construction roles, including engineers, supervisors, skilled labor, and project management professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, job specifications, and selection criteria tailored to project requirements.
Sourcing and Candidate Screening
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates, including social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, ensuring qualifications and experience align with project needs.
Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance on selection processes and conducting skills assessments as required.
- Organize and facilitate interview panels, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for candidates.
Offer Management and Onboarding
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring all terms are in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee the onboarding process to provide a seamless transition for new hires, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies and project requirements.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws, including the timely processing of employment visas, permits, and other legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and documentation per UAE labor standards and company policies.
Recruitment Strategy and Reporting
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to meet project deadlines and industry standards.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction to optimize future hiring efforts.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within the Construction sector, with a strong focus on project-based hiring.
- Proven experience with UAE labor laws, including visa processing, contract management, and employment regulations.
- Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
