We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales professional to join our sales team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate should be able to generate sales by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities in the market and building excellent clients relationship.
- Maximizing sales by leading and training the team to achieving pre-set target.
- Identify the team weaknesses & strength, and accordingly take the corrective actions.
- Assist in building up the sales teams in respect to team- size, territories & projects to work on, training needs, target assigned, motivation exercise and setting KPIs accordingly.
- Motivate, support and closely monitor the performance of the sales-team ethically and accordingly participate in setting the related incentives.
- Identify results and report the same to the Sales Leaders periodically.
- Plan, design and conduct appropriate selling scheme for each property that falls under his/her business responsibility.
- Participate in key-result areas & key performance indicator (KPIs) review process to establish areas of improvement.
- Maintain a high professional & ethical profile in line with the company standards.
- Ensure a thorough understanding about local & regional real estate market and pass it to entire team in a transparent manner.
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in sales or equivalent.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of work experience within sales functions.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Sr./ Sales Director with Real Estate Developer within UAE.
- Should have strong experience of managing the sales team.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Have hands-on experience in sales function with excellent business sense & knowledge.
- Able to keep a close eye on the market trend and propose the corrective action accordingly.
