At Dash Capital (dashcapital.ae), we provide data-driven insights to support real estate investments in Dubai and beyond. We are looking for a dedicated Admin and Sales Support to help ensure our office and sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Overview:

The Admin and Sales Support will handle office administration, document management, form filling, sales support, and customer interaction. The role also involves supporting our rental business operations, including rental inquiries and sourcing, ensuring smooth coordination and providing administrative assistance. The role requires physical visits to developers' offices, trustee offices, and other relevant locations as needed. The role requires excellent organizational skills to assist in all real estate-related tasks and provide necessary administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Sales Support:Conduct physical visits to developers' offices, trustee offices, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Support rental inquiries and assist in sourcing rental opportunities.
  • Maintain, organize, and update company documents and files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in filling out forms related to real estate investments, compliance, and procedures.
  • Support team members with documentation, scheduling, coordination, and sales-related tasks.
  • Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and stakeholders for smooth transactions and sales processes.
  • Keep up-to-date records of property listings, sales, and leasing activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience or related role, preferably within real estate or investment environments.
  • Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Reliable, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
