Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for oil and gas positions using various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely placements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a database of skilled professionals in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment, preferably in oil and gas staffing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of oil and gas roles and industry-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
