Fleet and Camp Accommodation - Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Fleet Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with company standards, handling routine inspections, repairs, and registrations.
  • Monitor fleet usage and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper fueling, and manage driver schedules and performance.
  1. Camp Accommodation Oversight:
  • Manage the accommodation and living arrangements for staff at company camps or housing facilities.
  • Ensure camp facilities are properly maintained, clean, and meet health and safety standards.
  • Supervise camp staff, coordinate food services, housekeeping, and other related services for employees.
  1. Logistical Support:
  • Organize the transportation of staff, equipment, and materials to and from work sites.
  • Ensure effective communication between the fleet and camp accommodation teams to manage resources efficiently.
  • Assist with transportation arrangements for employees' travel, coordinating with management for transport needs.
  1. Compliance & Reporting:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and safety standards in both fleet and accommodation management.
  • Prepare reports on fleet usage, maintenance schedules, accommodation conditions, and staff feedback.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in fleet management or logistics preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in fleet management and camp accommodation, preferably in remote or industrial environments.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in fleet and accommodation management.
