Job Description

We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to join our organisation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and managing daily administrative tasks.

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office supplies
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff members when required
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area


Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are desirable
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
