Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and accurate completion of Shipping Documentation processes are delivered within the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with RGE’s policies and procedures.
  • Monitor incoming Letter of Credit and perform Letter of Credit check
  • Highlight the LC discrepancy to Sales & Marketing personnel and escalation for Management approval.
  • Arrange collection of Bill of Lading or Letter of Credit
  • Submit or courier shipping documents to bank or customer
  • Resolve Shipping Documentation and bill submission issues
  • Perform Letter of credit discounting
  • Manage and resolve issue raised by client’s Business Groups or customers
  • Prepare bill submission reports
  • Recommend and develop solutions for continuous improvements opportunities. Ensure successful implementation across the team and in Business Groups
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance
  • Cultivate customer service culture in team
  • Perform additional /ad-hoc duties as and when requested by the supervisor or line manager


Requirements

  • 1-3 years similar working experience. Preferable in Transportation and Logistic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Preferable in Transportation and Logistic
  • Well known of UCP 600 and INCOTERM 2010
