1. Responsible for the company's spare parts sales, maintain existing customer relationships, and develop new markets;
2. Provide spare parts solutions according to customer needs to improve customer satisfaction;
3. Track the execution of spare parts sales orders to ensure on-time delivery;
4. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure the smooth operation of the spare parts supply chain;
5. Regularly organize sales data, analyze market trends, and put forward sales improvement suggestions;
6. Participate in market research and competitor analysis, and assist in formulating sales strategies.
Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, international trade, mechanical related majors are preferred;
2. Have relevant experience in spare parts sales, and have experience in port equipment or heavy machinery industry sales are preferred;
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with customers;
4. Fluent in English, familiar with Arabic or other foreign languages are preferred;
5. Good team spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure;
6. Familiar with the Middle East market, with relevant work experience is preferred.
7. Operation of portal system such as ERP , SAP ORACLE ,ARIBA etc .
