Roles and Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Management

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and preferably Yandex.
  • Follow and implement pre-existing paid ad strategies, replicating and improving on previous successful results.
  • Monitor ad performance, report on key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met.

Social Media Management

  • Post content regularly on multiple social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing posting schedule.
  • Write high-quality, engaging captions that resonate with our target audience and adhere to our brand voice.
  • Manage interactions and engage with other accounts to boost visibility and drive engagement.
  • Optimize social media grids and posts for visual impact and brand consistency.

Coordination with Outsourced Partners

  • Act as the primary point of contact with external marketing and advertising partners.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and outsourced agencies to align with business objectives.
  • Track and evaluate the work of external partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

Content Creation & Case Studies

  • Collaborate with the team to develop case studies showcasing the success of our campaigns and services.
  • Create case studies to create compelling ads and promotional content that attracts leads and new customers.

Offer Creation and Promotion

  • Develop promotional offers and deals to boost customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Launch and manage campaigns to promote offers, including setting clear goals, tracking performance, and measuring success.
  • Analyze campaign data to determine which promotions are most effective and make recommendations for future campaigns.

Lead Generation & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase leads and contribute to the growth of company revenue.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are geared toward driving sales and revenue growth by capturing high-quality leads.

Requirements:

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and preferably Yandex.
  • Strong copywriting skills, particularly in writing engaging social media captions.
  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts and developing a cohesive brand image.
  • Familiarity with tracking ad campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.

Portfolio Requirement: Must provide an existing portfolio that demonstrates successful paid ads management and social media management, showcasing clear results and good design choices.

Strategic and Analytical Mindset

  • Ability to replicate and improve on existing paid ad strategies to achieve growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign results and make informed decisions on investments.
  • Ability to develop and refine marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Coordination and Communication

  • Experience working with outsourced marketing partners and managing communication between teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects and campaigns at once.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams to create compelling case studies and marketing content.
