The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role supports the kitchen and front-of-house staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean items and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Dishwashing and Cleaning:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen tools using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
Clean and maintain cooking equipment, including pots, pans, and grills.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Keep dishwashing stations, sinks, and kitchen areas clean and organized.
Dispose of trash and recycling according to restaurant or kitchen procedures.
