Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategies to build lasting digital connections with our audience.
- Social Media Management: Plan and monitor our presence across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to increase engagement.
- Online Advertising: Launch and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- SEO Initiatives: Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research and image optimization, to boost organic reach.
- Email Marketing: Create and distribute newsletters and promotional emails, using effective distribution channels.
- Content Creation: Generate creative ideas for content marketing and manage updates to our website.
- User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with designers to optimize user experience and site aesthetics.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze the performance of our digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends to ensure strategies align with industry best practices.
- Partnership Management: Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and vendors to support and extend our campaign efforts.

- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a background in roles like Digital Marketing Executive.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing: Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, including B2C & B2B social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
- Analytics Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends.
- Creative Abilities: Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to critically analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
