We are hiring a reliable and customer-friendly Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of handling transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with purchases
Handle cash, card, and other transactions accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required
Maintain and balance the cash register at the end of each shift
Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge, including POS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional attitude towards customers
