Clerk Customer Service

UAE
  • Collection of sales orders both from sales and marketing team and directly from the customers.
  • Arrange sales invoices based on the sales orders and approvals provided
  • Attend the incoming calls within the department
  • Resolve issues like complaints from customers, suppliers etc. & that is to be reported immediately to the warehouse manager for further action
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.


Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
  • Basic knowledge Ms-Office packages,
  • ERP will be an added advantage
  • English language
  • Arabic language is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience
