Job Specific Accountabilities Plant Operations\n\n•\tPrior to mobilization, must be trained and familiar with client’s Integrated Safe System of Work\n(ISSOW).\n•\tMust be willing to participate in emergency response team requirements as may be directed.\n•\tMust comply with ADNOC OFFSHORE requirements of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality policies, and procedures.\n•\tAbility to provide hands-on training and coaching to Trainee Instrumentation & Control Technicians.\n\n•\tAbility to work as part of a small multi-cultural and disciplines team.\n•\tNumerate and computer are literate.\n•\tPrevious Oil & Gas Industry site work, work permits systems, safety systems, and computerized maintenance management systems experience is essential.\n•\tKnowledge and understanding of metering systems\n•\tTroubleshooting and problem-solving capability\n•\tKnowledge in Hydraulic safety shutdown system(WHCP)\n•\tExperience in rotating equipment, especially in process gas turbine Generators and Compressors.\n•\tKnowledge in ESD/DCS/PLC Systems and Packages LCPs/UCPs.\n•\tKnowledge in the Vibration monitoring system and CMS (System 1).\n•\tKnowledge and Understanding of MAXIMO. Creating and follow up of work orders\n•\tKnowledge in Field and F&G instruments.\n•\tExperience in FF and HART devices.\n•\tExperience in ESDV PST (Partial stroking).\n•\tExperience in all types of Control and ON/OFF valve calibrations and repair.\n•\tExperience in Online Analytical instruments.\n•\tAble to understand ILD and P&ID.\n•\tAble to work on workshop special Equipment and calibration workbench.\n•\tAble to Identify critical system Alarms and process Alarms (CAMS) from DCS HMI and packages HMI.\n•\tAbility to distribute works among Instrumentation & Control Technicians.\nMaintain efficient records on operations and activities; coordinate and prepare reports generic Accountabilities\nPolicies, Systems, Processes & Procedures\n•\tProvide comprehensive and detailed e-logbook handovers at the end of each shift and crew change.\n•\tActively participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.\n•\tCommunicate lessons learned across shifts.\n•\tPerform the role of performing authority, isolating authority in the framework of the integrated safe system of work (ISSOW).\n•\tMaintain personal competency in alignment with the instrument technician CMAS competency profile.\n•\tSupport and develop peers across the multi-discipline operations team.\n•\tAgree work schedule and priorities with the ADNOC OFFSHORE supervisor and planner.\n•\tEnsure spare parts and materials are available for planned maintenance activities\n•\tManage platform based critical spares, ensuring the correct spares holding and adequate storage.\n•\tEnsure Maximo work requests are sufficiently detailed, clearly defining the scope of work or nature of the problem along with basic planning information.\n•\tUndertake system modifications as per approved work packs and authorized e-MOC.\n•\tExecute daily work schedules in a safe, efficient, and diligent manner in accordance with approved platform procedures and routines, ETP’s, and industry standards.\n•\tEnsure Job plans and PMR’s are accurate and sufficiently detailed. Feedback proposed revisions to the E&I supervisor.\n•\tDeliver full compliance with ADNOC OFFSHORE rules of safety and the PSVM site safety standard.\n•\tPrepare WCC’s / Level 2 risk assessments and ICC’s in accordance with the control of the work standard.\n•\tDeliver on a personal auditing commitment. Participating in SOC’s, BOSS, and PTW/ICC audits.\n•\tAgree to work in an offshore environment (Rotation)\n•\tLearn and apply new information or new skills.\n•\tWork independently in the absence of supervision\n•\tRespond to emergency call-outs.\n
