Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and organized.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and make necessary orders.
  • Assist with preparing financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate office events, team meetings, and staff communications.
  • Provide support for HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel files.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, faxing, and photocopying documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office setting is preferred.
