Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and organized.
- Handle office supplies inventory and make necessary orders.
- Assist with preparing financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
- Coordinate office events, team meetings, and staff communications.
- Provide support for HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel files.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, faxing, and photocopying documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office setting is preferred.
